1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set out the rules governing the use of the SIA “4 RACE” website and booking system.

By making a booking, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

SIA “4 Race” provides vehicle repair and related service booking options.

A booking constitutes a request for a service but does not always guarantee the exact scope of work or the final price.

3. Making a Booking

Bookings are made by completing the booking form on the website.

The user must provide truthful and accurate information (name, phone number, etc.).

After making a booking, the user may receive a confirmation or additional information.

SIA “4 Race” reserves the right to contact the customer in order to clarify the booking details.

4. Communication with the Customer

By making a booking, the user agrees that they may be contacted:

• by phone

• via the WhatsApp messaging platform

Communication may include:

• booking confirmation

• status updates

• reminders

• clarification questions

5. Prices and Payments

Service prices may vary depending on the specific vehicle, scope of work, and parts used.

The final price is determined individually after assessing the situation.

Payment for the service is made on-site after the service has been provided.

6. Booking Changes and Cancellation

The customer may change or cancel the booking by contacting SIA “4 RACE”, including via WhatsApp.

If the booking is changed or cancelled, the customer will be informed accordingly.

SIA “4 Race” reserves the right to:

• change the booking time

• refuse a booking due to technical or organizational reasons

7. Failure to Attend

If the customer fails to arrive at the reserved time and has not informed us in advance, SIA “4 RACE” reserves the right to:

• refuse future services

• prioritize other customers

8. Liability

SIA “4 Race” provides services in accordance with professional standards.

The company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

SIA “4 Race” is not liable for unforeseen technical faults that may only be discovered during the repair process.

9. Prohibited Use

The user is prohibited from:

• providing false information

• abusing the booking system

• disrupting the operation of the system

10. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By making a booking, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data, including communication via WhatsApp, which may involve data transfer to third parties (for example, Meta Platforms, Inc. and WATI).

11. Changes to the Terms

SIA “4 Race” reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.

Changes come into effect once published on the website.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes or disagreements arising in connection with these Terms or the provided services shall be resolved through negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, it shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
